Don't always keep your dog on a leash if you want him to be attached to you.

There is something to be said at how quickly a dog makes friends in comparison to a human.

Congratulations to Ipek & Morgan Trinkaus from Chicago, IL & their newest addition Humphrey Tombul. Humphrey Tombul joined Ipek & Morgan on Oct 21, 2011. Ipek explained to me that he needed 1 American name & 1 Turkish name, Tombul is a nice way of saying chubby in Turkish!

Congratulations to Ryan, Julie, & Preslie Willhauck from Aurora, IL & their newest addition of Tonka. Tonka joined their family on Oct 22, 2011. Ryan & Julie tell me of the 3 of them, they don't know who's more excited!

Congratulations to Gary & Colleen Moore-Grinter from Lockport, IL & their newest addition Bear. Bear joined their family on Nov 5, 2011...Colleen tells me that this has always been her dream dog....well now she finally has one...

Congratulations to the Walsh family.. Phil Walsh, Jenna Walsh, & Halley Walsh from Madison, WI and their newest addition Bailey.. Bailey joined their family on Nov 13, 2011...I think if was hard for them to leave with all the puppy kisses they were getting when they came to pick up their new little girl...

Congratulations to Larry Sachs from Green Oaks, IL & the addition of his 2nd Newfie Bailey. Bailey joined her new family & Doc whom is now 14 months... Dec 11, 2011. Larry tells me that his concerns about Doc's reaction to a new puppy were overblown. They have noticed a much calmer Doc since Bailey arrived, & he seems to keep tabs on her so she doesn't wander off.....what a big brother...

Congratulations to Gillian Battino & family from Wausau, WI & their addition of Phoebe. Phoebe joined her new family Dec 11, 2011. Gillian tells me her life is not complete with plenty of children & animals...their are plenty of children to keep little Phoebe busy...Gillian tells me their are 2 more children at home whom didn't make the trip to pick her up.

Congratulations to Ken & Michelle Crine & family from W. Dundee, IL & their newest addition Lexi. She joined their family Nov 26, 2011. Michelle was very excited about finally being able to get her big dog & being able to take some time off from work to train her.

Congratulations to Lee & Cindy Haven & family from Greenleaf, WI & their newest addition Snoopie. She joined their family Dec 3, 2011. Cindy tells me that Snoopie had to be spelt like that because the boys really wanted a Snoopie, but she was a girl, also she told me for weeks how much fun the boys had being Snoopie & playing in her crate until the day she arrived home.

Congratulations to David & Desirae Koning & family from Pewaukee, WI & their newest addition Murphy. He joined their family Dec 4, 2011. Desirae was very excited about getting her moose of a puppy & that coat of his is going to be incredible!!
